The ST-SE is a high-end, light-duty feedwheel tensioner for flat surface steel banding. This tool is used for flat or large surface applications. General use tools like this are generally fast and easy to use. This style of tool is used by wrapping the banding material around the package and using this, a sealer, and a seal to complete the process. 8″ Tension handle
